Governance

WorkingGroups

Working Groups are the primary venue for domain-specific technical work. Each group maintains delegated authority over one or more specification tracks.

Structure

Domain-focused,expert-led

Working Groups allow deep technical expertise to be applied to specific problem domains without requiring all contributors to engage with every area of the specification corpus. Each Working Group operates under a charter that defines its scope, deliverables, and decision-making procedures.

Working Group membership is open to any individual or organisation that has signed the Foundation's Contributor Licence Agreement and demonstrated relevant domain expertise. Chairs are appointed by the Technical Committee.

Active Working Groups, their membership rosters, meeting schedules, and decision records will be published here once the governance framework is fully operational.
